Terms of Use, Purchase, and Delivery for DeHause Online Store
Thank you for choosing to visit the online store of De-Hause Ltd., Company No. 517163309 (hereinafter: “the Company”), at the address: www.dehause.com (hereinafter: “the Website”).
These Terms of Use, Purchase, and Delivery (hereinafter together: “the Terms” or “the Website Terms”) shall apply to all activities on the Website, including visiting, browsing, ordering, payment, delivery, cancellation of orders, and similar actions.
General
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the user of the Website and the Company.
Please read these Terms carefully and in full before performing any action on the Website.
Browsing the Website and/or purchasing products offered for sale constitutes your agreement to accept and act in accordance with these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the Website.
The Company may change, cancel, or replace the Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
In any case of contradiction between these Terms and other content appearing on the Website, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.
Use of the Website and User Conduct
Use of the Website is permitted only for individuals over the age of 18, residents of Israel, who hold a valid credit card or another payment method approved for payment on the Website (hereinafter: “the User” or “the Customer”).
Use of the Website, including the purchase of products, is limited to personal and private purposes only.
It is prohibited to use the Website or purchase products for commercial purposes, including reselling products to third parties or operating any business involving resale of products purchased via the Website.
It is prohibited to copy, use, or publicly display any content from the Website, including publication on other websites, social networks, digital publications, media, or any other platform.
The User agrees to fill out all Website forms fully, accurately, and honestly.
Providing false information is a criminal offense and may result in legal penalties.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused due to incorrect or inaccurate information submitted by the User.
If incorrect identification details are submitted during an order, the Company cannot guarantee delivery. If products are returned due to incorrect details, the User will bear shipping and handling costs.
The Company may take legal action against any User who violates these Terms or any applicable law.
The Company may block or cancel any User’s access to the Website, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion, without explanation. A blocked User may not re-register under another name.
The Company may provide user information to authorities in case of legal violations or suspected wrongdoing.
Identity Verification
The Company may request identity verification or additional documentation from the User or the credit card holder during or after placing an order.
Upon delivery, the Company may require the credit card holder’s signature on a delivery slip or voucher as a condition for delivering the product.
Providing such information is not mandatory, but the Company may not be able to complete the purchase without it.
Purchase of Products – General
The products sold on the Website (“the Product” or “the Products”) are manufactured by various companies or suppliers marketed by the Company.
If a product displayed on the Website is out of stock or unavailable at the time of order, it cannot be purchased, and the User shall have no claim.
The Company may change or update product specifications and prices at its sole discretion.
For each order, the product description, price, and terms shown in the order confirmation shall apply exclusively.
Order Process
The User may select products to purchase and add them to the shopping cart (“Order”, “Ordered Product”).
Product prices do not include delivery costs.
The Company does not guarantee that Website prices are the lowest available, including compared to seasonal sales, clearance events, or special promotions.
Products will be delivered to the User at the address provided, subject to the Company’s delivery zones.
Self-pickup is available only by prior arrangement.
Payment for products shall be made by credit card only. Other payment methods are not accepted, except Company-issued gift cards.
Financial refunds due to legal cancellations will be made to the same credit card used for purchase.
Entering all required details in the order form is a prerequisite for completing the order.
After the User fills in all required details and completes payment, an order confirmation email will be sent (“Order Confirmation”).
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order within 3 business days of confirmation in the following cases:
(a) Product out of stock
(b) Payment not approved
(c) Error in product presentation or pricing
(d) Any circumstance making order fulfillment impossible
In such cases, the User will receive a refund via the credit card used.
Delivery Terms and Shipping Policy
The Company uses a courier service (“Courier Company”) to deliver ordered products.
Delivery times:
- Central region, Haifa, Jerusalem, and Be’er Sheva – up to 7 business days
(The central region means the area between Netanya and Rishon LeZion.) - Other areas – up to 14 business days
Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.
During periods before and during Israeli holidays, in November–December online shopping events, or during national emergencies, delays may occur.
The User shall have no claim due to such delays.
The Courier Company will coordinate delivery with the User via phone or SMS using the details provided.
If the User instructs the courier to leave the package at an alternative location (“Alternative Delivery Point”), such as outside the door, building lobby, or neighboring home, the Company bears no responsibility for loss or damage after drop-off.
If delivery is scheduled and the User is not present and did not specify an alternative location, the package will not be delivered and will return to the Company.
The User must reschedule and bear additional delivery costs.
Orders above 399 NIS (or another amount determined by the Company) qualify for free delivery, except in cases described in Section 6.5.
Orders below that amount will incur delivery charges as displayed during checkout.
If the User believes a product was delivered broken, defective, or incomplete, the User must photograph the item immediately upon opening the package.
Claims submitted without photographs will not be accepted.
Claims must be emailed to: collection@dehause.com immediately after delivery.
Promotions and Discounts
The Company may run promotions from time to time. Promotion terms will be published on the Website.
Promotions apply only to purchases made during the promotion period.
The Company may end a promotion at any time without prior notice.
If two promotions are active, only the more beneficial one will apply; promotions cannot be combined.
Cancellation of Transaction by the Customer
Cancellation is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
The User may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
Cancellations must be sent by email only to: collection@dehause.com
If the product has already been shipped, the User must return it either:
- Physically to the gallery at 5 Ha’Rotem St., Rishpon (Sun/Tue/Thu, 13:00–18:00, by appointment),
or - Via courier service at the User’s expense.
Products must be returned intact, unused, and in original packaging.
The Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, plus return shipping fees.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s sole responsibility is to deliver the ordered products in accordance with these Terms.
Natural materials (wood, stone, ceramics, fabrics, leather) may vary in shade; the User shall have no claim regarding such variations.
The Company is not responsible for assembly, installation, or maintenance of products unless explicitly stated.
If, despite these Terms, the Company is liable by law, liability is limited to:
- Damage for bodily injury
- Direct damage to tangible property up to the value of the purchased product
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, lost profits, downtime, reputation damage, or inconvenience.
Website Operation, Content, and Company Responsibility
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain proper Website operation but is not responsible for technical issues, Internet disruptions, or any resulting damages.
The Company is not responsible for errors, omissions, or content issues on the Website.
The Company is not responsible for illegal activity by users or third parties.
In cases of force majeure or events beyond the Company’s control, the Company may suspend or cancel Website operations or transactions.
Images on the Website are for illustration only. Actual products may differ in shade or features.
Only the official product specification published alongside the product is binding.
Privacy
Use of the Website is subject to the Website’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Receipt of Promotional Material
If the Customer opts in, they consent to receiving marketing messages via any communication channel.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Website belongs to the Company or licensed third parties.
The User may not copy, distribute, display, reproduce, market, sell, modify, or make commercial use of any Website content without prior written approval.
Violations and Remedies
The Company may enforce these Terms at its discretion.
The Company will act under a “notice and takedown” procedure regarding harmful or infringing content.
In case of suspected harm to a third party, the Company may provide user details to the affected party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Jurisdiction lies solely with the courts of Tel Aviv or the Central District.
