Shipping Policy
DeHause - Product Delivery, Cancellations, and Returns Policy*
The product price listed on the website does not include shipping costs to the customer’s address (as defined below).
Products will be delivered to the customer at the address provided by them to the Company (hereinafter: “Customer Address”), provided that the address is within the Company’s delivery map, as updated from time to time.
Self-pickup from the gallery is available by prior arrangement only.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order placed by a customer within 3 business days from the date the order is approved, in the cases specified in the Website Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the customer will be refunded.
Delivery times:

Central region, Haifa, Jerusalem, Be’er Sheva – 5–10 business days

Other destinations – 10–12 business days
All subject to delays around Israeli holidays or emergency situations.
A customer who believes that a product was delivered broken, defective, damaged, or incomplete must photograph the damaged/defective product from all angles, or the product’s packaging in cases of missing items, immediately upon opening the package.
The Company will not accept any claim regarding a broken, defective, damaged, or incomplete product if such photographs were not taken as described above.
The customer must send the Company a notification regarding any damaged, defective, or incomplete product, along with the required photographs, by email only to: collection@dehause.com, immediately after the product(s) are delivered, and must follow the Company’s instructions.
The customer may cancel an order or purchase made on the website (“the transaction”) within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original packaging, intact, unused, undamaged, and without any defect, flaw, or missing parts, and that it is returned to the Company.
Cancellation of a transaction may be made only by sending an email to: collection@dehause.com.
In accordance with the law, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100₪, whichever is lower, plus return shipping costs.
